Notes from Bridget

After a term of travelling I've settled back into normal life - and back into the library. 
The library always runs smoothly with Robyn in charge but a special thanks to her as she extended her hours in term 3 to ensure the library stayed open as usual.

This term we will start culling our collection, disposing of out-of-date, damaged or little-read books. This will enable us to buy more current books (especially in the non-fiction section) and replace popular (too well-read) books, as well as make our collection more attractive and up-to date.

Statistics

Library collection: 6500 books. There is an average of 1300 books issued at any one time.
